Daniel Heery has 20 years’ experience of funding and delivering projects focused on communities. He set up the award winning Cybermoor social enterprise in Cumbria and has worked on community owned infrastructure projects, focused on broadband. His experience of trying to get a charging point installed on his street in Lancaster gave him the idea to use community shares to bring local people together for a co-operative solution.
