We're thrilled to announce the commencement of an exciting project with Lancaster University aimed at improving your experience on the Charge My Street website! Our primary objective is to elevate usability through real user testing and invaluable feedback from you, our community members.

What to Expect:
We're diving deep into enhancing user experience, tackling issues with content organisation, and giving the visual design a modern makeover. This involves identifying user personas, refining information architecture, and optimising content presentation for maximum engagement. You will be asked a series of questions developed by the researcher, we will use eye-tracking software to see what jumps out to you on the page!

Participation in the testing will take place at The Toll House, Lancaster on the 19th of February between 09:00-17:00. However, we can conduct the testing via Zoom, but we would appreciate it if you could make it in person as it will enhance our testing.

Your Participation Matters:
We're counting on your participation to make this project a success. Your interaction with the website is crucial, and we'll be noting down observations such as your initial impressions, the navigation process, and how you find specific information. Following this, we'll gather your thoughts on the website, including both positives and negatives, along with any suggestions for improvement.

What's in this for me?
For an hour of your time, we will send you a £10 Love to Shop voucher
